Substitutions and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason your may transfer your registration to a member of your organization at any time, but please give us prior notice to ensure we have the correct details for administration purposes. If you wish to cancel your booking, we must receive notice in writing before April 22 and you will be entitled to a refund of the delegate fee paid less the administration fee of $250. Cancellations received on or after April 22 cannot be refunded, because of our contract with the hotel, but you may transfer your registration to a member of your organization.

For reasons beyond AZ China's control, it may be necessary to alter the content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or curtailed due to any reason beyond the control of AZ China, or it is necessary to relocate or in any way change the conference, neither AZ China nor its employees will be held liable for refunds, damages and/or additional expenses which may be incurred by delegates.
